GOODBYE TO GRAVITY's debut album was recorded at Traian 150 Studios in Bucharest, Romania with a production team consisting of the band's bassist Alex Pascu and Costin Dumitrache (who also worked together on THUNDERSTORM's 2007 release "Vise Digitale"). The band's debut record, which is expected to be released early 2012, is currently in the mixing process and will be mastered at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden by Jens Bogren (OPETH, JAMES LaBRIE, SOILWORK etc).
GOODBYE TO GRAVITY started as an unexpected mixture of former members from the heavy metal band THUNDERSTORM (which in its 12-year career opened for bands such as JUDAS PRIEST, MANOWAR, HELLOWEEN, RAGE, EVERGREY etc) and the winner of the 2008 TV casting show "Megastar" (Romanian equivalent of "Idol").
